Te Teko Raranga Rōpū brings together a collective of weavers dedicated to the ongoing practice of raranga within their community.
Guided by Priscilla (Cilla) Morrison, the rōpū are based in Te Teko, with members gathering regularly to share knowledge, develop skill, and continue the practice of weaving.
Emerging from a strong foundation of connection and collective learning, the exhibition reflects the resilience of the group and the importance of raranga as a living practice. Each work carries stories of place, process, and people.
A celebration of makers, community, and the enduring practice of raranga.
